Raleigh, April 26th 1862.

All Companies authorized by the Governor to be raised prior to the passage of the law known as the "Conscription Bill," must come to Camp Mangum near this city, before the 17th day of May; otherwise they will not be received.

            All those not in by that time will be subject to the War Department under that law, and had better remain at home till ordered by that Department.
